I am Sohan Patle, founder of Akshaya Tattva General Trading LLC. Born and raised in Nagpur, India, with an MBA in Marketing and Retail, I began my career in 2003 with Big Bazaar Hypermarket. In 2010, I moved to Dubai and joined Choithrams Retail as Assistant Manager, contributing to ERP implementation, retail analytics, and process improvements. In 2017, I established my own food service company, restructured in 2022 as Akshaya Tattva. Today, we serve fine dining restaurants, hotels, and cafés across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a portfolio of 2,000+ SKUs, focusing on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
